MicroRNA即小分子RNA,是一类非编码蛋白的短链小分子RNA,是生物体内一系列生理病理过程的重要调控因子,参与调控细胞增殖和分化、细胞侵袭和凋亡以及血管生成等过程,而这些过程与肿瘤发生、发展密切相关.近年来越来越多的研究表明,microRNA在胶质瘤中异常表达并发挥重要作用,且不同的microRNA分子对胶质瘤的作用各异,它们共同发挥促进或者抑制肿瘤侵袭或转移的作用,引导胶质瘤的进展和预后.随着研究的进一步研究,microRNA将成为新的生物学工具或标志物,为胶质瘤的诊治及预后提供临床依据.%MicroRNAs, also called small RNAs, are a class of non-coding RNA molecules of short-chain.They are important regulatory factors in a series of physiological and pathological processes in vivo,including cellular proliferation and differentiation, cellular invasion and apoptosis, angiogenesis, these process are closely related to cancer occurring and development.Recently evidences have indicated that microRNAs are abnormal expressed and to play important roles in gliomas, different microRNA molecules have different roles in glioma,together they play a facilitating or inhibiting functions in tumor invasion or metastasis, guiding the progress and prognosis of glioma.With the deeper research, microRNAs will be ultimately new tools and biomarkers, providing clinical evidence for the diagnosis treatment and prognosis of gliomas.
