Prostate cancer has been intensively studied at the molecular level of tumor cells.Like most tumors, the occurrence and progress of prostate cancer involves multiple genes.Genetic mutations play a crucial role in the progress of prostate cancer,whereas chromosomal aberrations have a dominant role.The formation and activation of oncogene and the deactivation of tumor suppressor gene are essential for the development of prostate cancer, in addition to many other genes.This article reviews the genetic mutations involved in the progression of prostate cancer.%前列腺癌的研究进展已深入到肿瘤细胞的分子水平,和大多数肿瘤发展一样,前列腺癌的发生、发展是一个涉及多基因的过程.在前列腺癌发展的过程中,基因分子的变化起着重要的作用.其中染色体畸变的发生起主导作用,原癌基因的形成和激活与抑癌基因的失活也起着重要的作用,此外,还有许多其他基因的影响.现就前列腺癌进展过程中相关基因分子的变化予以综述.
