Girdin蛋白在肿瘤中的作用

摘要

Girdin is a novel protein with high molecular weight. It is essential for cell proliferation, cell migration and autophagy. Evidences showed that Girdin and its C-terminally truncated variant were highly or moderately expressed in a variety of human tumors. It was reported that Girdin regulates tumor growth, metastasis, angiogenesis and autophagy. Further exploration which reveals the comprehensive picture of Girdin will be of great help to the tumor diagnosis and therapy.%Girdin是新近发现的一种细胞内相对分子质量较大的蛋白质,在调节细胞增殖、细胞移行和细胞自噬方面具有重要作用.Girdin及其异常剪切体在一些类型的肿瘤组织中呈不同程度的高表达.其表达不但影响肿瘤的生长,而且也对肿瘤的转移、血管生成以及细胞自噬发挥着重要的调控作用.进一步深入探索Girdin在肿瘤中变化的规律及作用无疑对肿瘤的诊断及治疗有非常重要的意义.
