CDX2和COX-2与Wnt信号转导途径的关系

     

摘要

The Wnt signaling pathway plays important roles in regulating cell development and oncogene-sis. As one of the Wnt pathway components, caudal-related homeobox transcription factor 2( CDX2 )was identified as a tumor-suppressor. In addition it regulates signaling processes of the normal cells through inhibiting upon thanslation activities of (3-catenin/T cell factor, attenuating cell proliferation and differentiation. Studies indicate that CDX2 and cyclooxygenase-2( COX-2 ) participate in the regulation of the biological effects of the cell, and there might be an antagonistical relationship between CDX2 and COX-2. As the hot research points,it is hoped that they will provide new effective means for diagnosis and therapy of cancer.%Wnt信号转导途径在细胞发育和肿瘤发生过程中起着重要作用.在此途径中果蝇尾端相关同源异型框转录因子2(CDX2)被认为是一个肿瘤抑制因子,它通过抑制β连环素/T细胞转录因子翻译活性来调节信号的正常转导,从而降低细胞增殖和分化.研究表明CDX2和环氧合酶2(COX-2)可以通过Wnt信号转导途径参与某些生物学效应的调控,两者之间可能存在某种拮抗关系.作为热门研究的肿瘤相关因子,CDX2和COX-2将为癌症的诊断和治疗提供新的有效手段.
