近年来,因为耐药结核菌株的产生等诸多因素,占全身骨关节结核发病率首位的脊柱结核成了脊柱外科研究的热点.随着对脊柱结核认识的不断深入,脊柱结核微创治疗在我国已取得较大发展,内容涵括脊柱结核经皮穿刺、置管引流和冲洗、脊柱结核的腔镜手术治疗等.现从脊柱结核微创治疗的发展概况、微创治疗的手术机制、微创手术适应证和禁忌证进行阐述,并介绍微创治疗的手术方式、微创治疗的并发症及防治措施等方面的新发展.%In recent years, as the most common and most serious form among the tuberculous of the various bones and joints, spinal tuberculosis has being focused on by spinal surgeons as a results of drug-resistant tuberculosis strain. With the cognition of its nature, minimally invasive treatment of spinal tuberculosis has made a great development in China,including thoracoscopic surgery,percutaneous catheter drainage and rinsing, and endoscopic surgical treatment. Here is to make a review on the development,the mechanism,the surgical indications and contraindications of the minimally invasive treatment, as well as the operation manner, the complications and prevention measures.
