HDACs及HDAC3与胶质瘤的相关性研究进展

摘要

Glioma is a common central nervous system tumors,histone deacetylases( HDACs) are a se-ries of newly discovered cancer-causing factors play an important role in many solid tumors,in gliomas is no exception. Which histone deacetylase 3(HDAC3) is a recent research focus,many scholars found it played a role in carcinogenesis in human tumors. After people apply HDAC3 inhibitors reduced the expression of hu-man glioma cell growth,invasion,such as the ability to appear significantly reduced. This provides a new way for cancer treatment.%胶质瘤是常见的中枢神经系统肿瘤，组蛋白去乙酰化酶( HDACs)是最新发现的一系列致癌因子，在很多实体肿瘤中发挥重要作用，在脑胶质瘤中也不例外。其中的组蛋白去乙酰化酶3( HDAC3)是最近研究的热点，国内外很多学者发现其在人类肿瘤中起到了致癌的作用。人们应用抑制剂减弱HDAC3的表达后，人脑胶质瘤细胞的生长、侵袭等能力出现明显减弱。这就为肿瘤治疗提供了一条新途径。
