NDRG2在结直肠癌基因治疗中的研究进展

摘要

The tumor suppressor gene N-myc down-stream regulated gene 2 ( NDRG2 ) is a kind of dif-ferential expression gene involved in tumor tissue and normal tissue ,which is related to cell proliferation and differentiation,participates in the occurrence,development and prognosis of tumor.The expression of NDRG2 in colorectal cancer is significantly lower than that in normal tissue.The lower the expression of NDRG2,the later the staging and the poorer prognosis.At present,although the framework of molecular genetics involved in colorectal cancer development has been basically clear,the biological function of NDRG2 is still not entirely elucidated, and its value in colorectal cancer gene therapy needs further exploration.%抑癌基因NDRG2是多种肿瘤组织与正常组织间的差异表达基因，参与调节肿瘤细胞的增殖与分化，在肿瘤的发生、发展和转归中起重要的调节作用。在结直肠癌组织中，NDRG2表达量明显低于正常组织，且NDRG2低表达病例分期更晚、预后更差。目前尽管参与结直肠癌演变的大量遗传学分子框架已经基本明了，但NDRG2的生物学功能尚未完全阐明，其在结直肠癌基因治疗领域的价值还需探索。
