Endometrial cancer incidence is continuing to rise in the wake of the current ageing and obe-sity epidemics.Modern scientific research has paid more and more attention to the relationship between epige-netic abnormalities and tumor occurrence,development and prognosis,of which,DNA methylation has become one of the hot topics in cancer research.Most recent studies have found that heart and neural crest deriva-tives-expressed transcript 2 methylation is a common and crucial molecular alteration in endometrial cancer that could potentially be employed as a biomarker for early detection of endometrial cancer and as a predictor of prevention and treatment response.%随着当前人口老龄化和肥胖的流行，子宫内膜癌的发病率一直在上升。现代科学研究越来越多地关注表观遗传学异常与肿瘤发生、发展及其预后的关系，其中，DNA甲基化已成为肿瘤相关研究的热点之一。最新研究发现，心脏神经脊衍生物表达蛋白基因2（HAND2）甲基化是子宫内膜癌中一种常见的、重要的分子改变，其可能作为一项检测标志物用来早期发现肿瘤，甚至可以预测子宫内膜癌的风险，并对预防和治疗做出反应。
