地佐辛用于术后镇痛的研究进展

摘要

Dezocine is a mixed agonist-antagonist of opioid receptor.Although the value of dezocine has been recognized by many physicians since marketing in China ,the effect of dezocine compared to other anal-gesics is less reported.Dezocine for postoperative analgesia has lower adverse reaction rate of nausea,vomi-ting,respiratory inhibition than the traditional analgesia drug ,with good analgesic effect and wider safe dose range,therefore dezocine has a good prospect in the postoperative analgesia .Here is to discuss whether dezo-cine is helpful to reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the postoperative comfort,to guide the clinical application of dezocine .%地佐辛是一种新型阿片受体混合激动－拮抗剂，该药在国内上市以来在临床的应用价值得到较多临床医师的认同，但针对地佐辛与其他镇痛药效果比较的报道较少。地佐辛用于术后镇痛较传统镇痛药恶心，呕吐、呼吸抑制等不良反应发生率低，镇痛效果好，安全剂量范围大，其术后镇痛方面具有较好的应用前景。该文主要探讨地佐辛应用于术后镇痛是否可以降低术后不良反应的发生有利于提高患者的术后舒适度，指导地佐辛的临床应用。
