肝活检在肝病患者中的应用

摘要

Liver biopsy is the golden standard which has been used in evaluating the nature and severity of various liver diseases.In recent years,liver biopsy has been applied to diagnose and evaluate liver disease patients′response.Many correlational studies have been repeated.Liver biopsy has been thought as an impor-tant way to judge the pathogen of liver injury and the property of space-occupying lesions.In chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV) infected population,liver biopsy has been put into use in many cases which the HBV carriers and early stage of cirrhosis are diagnosed.Here is to introduce the method and safety of liver biopsy,the judg-ment of etiology of liver injury,with liver biopsy application in chronic HBV infected population as the focus.%肝组织活检是对各种肝脏疾病的性质判定及严重程度评估的金标准。近年来肝活检术在肝病患者诊治中有较为广泛的应用，相关研究报道颇多，表明其对肝损害病因判定、占位性病变性质判定等诸多方面有重要意义，对于慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染者，从携带者到早期肝硬化的诊断以及慢性乙型肝炎疗效的判定有重要作用。该文将介绍肝组织活检的方法与安全性以及肝损害病因判定，重点介绍肝组织活检在慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染者中的应用。
