脂肪干细胞联合富血小板血浆修复关节软骨研究进展

摘要

关节软骨容易受到损伤，而且缺乏自我修复的能力，传统治疗方法效果并不理想。随着再生医学和组织工程学的发展，越来越多的研究表明，自体脂肪干细胞联合富血小板血浆（ PRP）修复关节软骨疗效显著。干细胞是尚未分化的原始细胞，在一定条件下可以向骨、软骨和脂肪等细胞分化；PRP是高度浓缩的血小板提取物，含有多种细胞生长因子。将干细胞与PRP联合应用，双重强化了关节软骨的修复作用，且来源自体，安全可靠。%Articular cartilage is vulnerable to damage,and lack of the ability of self-repair.Traditional treatments are not ideal.With the development of regenerative medicine and tissue engineering,more and more studies show that the method combining autologous adipose-derived stem cells with platelet-rich plasma (PRP) for injured articular cartilage has remarkable effect.Stem cells are primitively undifferentiated cells which can differentiate into the bone,cartilage and fat cells under certain conditions;PRP is a highly concen-trated platelet extract containing a variety of cell growth factors.The joint application doubly strengthens the effect of articular cartilage repairing,and is safe and reliable because of the autologous resources.
