摘要

Cardiac implantable electronic devices(CIEDs)include a broad spectrum of devices that have the ability to maintain rhythm,provide cardiac resynchronization therapy,and prevent sudden cardiac death. The broad use of CIEDs makes traditional follow-up into an extremely heavy burden for healthcare systems to support.Remote monitoring is presently a safe technology,widely accepted by patients and physicians,for its convenience,reassurance,and diagnostic potential.Here is to make a review of the available system of remote monitoring all around the world,the characteristic and the advantage and disadvantage of them.%心脏植入性电子装置（ CIEDs）包括一系列心脏电子设备，其被用于监测和维持心率／心律、提供心脏再同步化治疗以及预防心源性猝死等。随着 CIEDs 在临床上的广泛应用，极大地增加了传统随访的负担。远程随访，以其方便、安全、诊断潜力等优势，成为目前为患者和临床医师所广泛接受的、安全的一门新技术。该文对当前全球正在应用的远程随访系统、各系统的特点以及临床实践中的优缺点和国内的相关研究进展予以综述。
