3D打印技术在肝脏肿瘤手术治疗中的应用

         

摘要

肝脏肿瘤治疗最有效的方法是手术切除,精准肝切除是肝脏肿瘤手术的趋势,但肝脏内部解剖结构极其复杂,亦常存在变异,因此肝切除手术难度和风险都很大。3D打印技术有助术前手术方案的制订和术中肝脏肿瘤精准切除效果的提高,借助3D打印模型还能促进术前与患者或家属的有效沟通。3D打印技术正在向制作具有生物活性的肝脏模型发展,虽然目前受到一些限制,但其在肝脏肿瘤切除中的应用前景广阔。%Resection is one of the most effective therapies for liver tumors ,and precise liver resection is going to be a trend,however,the internal anatomic structure of liver is extremely complex and is often with considerable variation,which makes it very difficult and risky for the operation.Three-dimensional printing technology in the medicine is helpful for surgical planning ,precise liver resection and doctor-patient commu-nication.Three-dimensional printing technology is developing into the making of liver model with bioactivity and is considered to have wide prospect of application for liver tumor resection despite some limitations now .
