生长因子在急性呼吸窘迫综合征后肺纤维化中的机制研究进展

摘要

Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) is a heavy lung disease with high rate of mortality, many complications and poor prognosis ,which seriously affects the quality of life and survival prognosis of the patients.The pulmonary fibrosis after ARDS can contribute to the development of ARDS .Meanwhile, the growth factors play important role in the development of pulmonary fibrosis,serum level of growth factors is significantly associated with pulmonary fibrosis extent .Further understanding of the specific mechanisms of growth factors in pulmonary fibrosis after ARDS may provide new treatment for pulmonary fibrosis after ARDS from the perspective of growth factors.%急性呼吸窘迫综合征（ ARDS）是肺部系统疾病中病死率高、并发症多、预后差的严重肺部顽疾之一，严重影响患者的生活质量及生存预后。 ARDS后肺纤维化的发生是 ARDS病情进展的重要一环，同时生长因子在肺纤维化的发生、发展中也起到了重要的作用，其血清学水平与肺纤维化程度有明显的相关性。进一步了解生长因子在ARDS后肺纤维化的具体机制，以期从生长因子角度出发来防治ARDS后肺纤维化。
