GATA转录因子家族与先天性心脏病研究进展

摘要

GATA转录因子家族是一类含锌指结构的转录调节因子，在心脏发育过程中发挥着重要作用。大量的研究证据显示，GATA转录因子家族不仅参与心脏的正常发育，其突变或异常表达与人类先天性心脏病（ CHD）的发生也有密切关系。该文就表达于心脏的 GATA 转录因子：GATA4、GATA5及GATA6在心脏发育过程中的作用及其与CHD的关系进行综述，并对常见的突变位点进行简要归纳，从而提高对GATA转录因子家族的认识。%The GATA transcription factor family is a group of zinc finger transcription factors and plays an important role in mammalian heart development.A lot of studies indicate that GATA transcription factor family not only participates in the normal development of the heart ,its mutation and abnormal expression also has a close relationship with congenital heart disease.Here is to make a review of the influence of GATA4, GATA5 and GATA6 on the normal heart development and the relationship with congenital heart disease,and summarize the mutation site information,so as to improve the knowledge on the GATA family.
