多聚磷酸盐与凝血的研究现状

摘要

无机多聚磷酸盐在体内分布广泛，是一个强力的天然病理生理性内源性凝血促进剂，其能够加速凝血因子Ⅴ的活化，并完全废除组织因子通道抑制剂的抗凝作用，同时增强纤维蛋白的结构稳定性，反向激活凝血因子Ⅺ。多聚磷酸盐可以作为强效的止血剂，同时其拮抗剂也可以作为新型的抗凝剂，但是多聚磷酸盐详细的调节机制仍有待研究。%Inorganic polyphosphate is widespread in body,and it is a natural pathophysiologic intrinsic accelerant of blood coagulation,which can accelerate coagulation factor Ⅴactivation,and completely abrogate the anticoagulant function of tissue factor pathway inhibitor,enhancinh fibrin structural stability and activa-ting coagulation factorⅪ backwards.Polyphosphate can be used as a hemostatic agent,and its antagonist can be used as a new anticoagulants, though the detailed mechanisms of polyphosphate with blood clotting reactions still need tfurther study.
