药物性分娩镇痛的临床应用进展

摘要

The high rate of cesarean section is one of the problems facing obstetrics. The fear of labor pain is a major cause of the high rate of Cesarean section. Labor pain is the most painful process of mothers have to experience,and labor analgesia can effectively reduce labor pain,reduce maternal physical and energy consumption,and the adverse effects of labor pain on the maternal and fetal,therefore reduce the rate of cesarean section caused by intolerable labor pain,so carry-ing out labor analgesia is very necessary. Currently,there are many way of labor analgesia in clinical,and drug-induced labor analgesia has better effect and high safety,therefore has been widely used in the clinical practice.%剖宫产率高是产科面临的问题之一，而惧怕分娩疼痛是引起剖宫产率高的主要原因之一。分娩疼痛是产妇必须要经历的最痛苦的过程，分娩镇痛能够有效降低分娩疼痛，减少产妇的体力和能量消耗，降低分娩疼痛对产妇及胎儿造成的不良影响，进而降低因产妇不能忍受分娩疼痛而造成的剖宫产率，因此开展分娩镇痛是十分必要的。目前临床上分娩镇痛的方法很多，药物性分娩镇痛具有效果好、安全性高等特点，在临床上被广泛应用。
