The present invention relates to seeds having medical properties and a seed treatment method for providing seeds with medical properties. The seed treatment method according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a step of preparing fermented products by mixing and culturing mycelia of a Fomes fomentarius in a liquid medium and lactic acid bacteria; a step of mixing the fermented products with seeds of vegetables or fruits; a step of collecting animal waste after feeding the mixture to animals; and a step of collecting the seeds by cleaning the animal waste. Therefore, the treated seeds are resistant to blight, have excellent taste, nutrition, and medical properties, and are designed to enhance a native flavor of a species not by grafting cultivation but by mushroom cultivation on logs.
