蛋白质组学技术在脓毒症研究中的应用

     

摘要

脓毒症是由感染引起的一种严重的病理状态,在重症加强护理病房中致死率较高.对脓毒症的早期诊断可防止其进一步发展为败血症及休克,进而导致器官衰竭和死亡.目前临床上对该病尚缺乏特异且及时的诊断手段,难以区分脓毒症和其他炎症反应.基于质谱的蛋白质组学能高通量分析脓毒症患者体内蛋白及翻译后修饰水平的表达变化,有利于该病的早期诊断和预后生物标志物的发现,并能初步反映脓毒症患者机体的生理病理变化.%Sepsis is a serious pathological condition caused by infection ,which has higher mortality rates in intensive care unit.Early diagnosis is key to prevent sepsis from developing into severe sepsis and shock ,which can result in multiple organ dysfunction syndrome and death .There is currently no specific and timely diagnosis to differentiate sepsis from other inflammations in clinical .Mass spectrometry-based proteomics is a high-throughput tool to analyze differential expression or post-translation modification of proteins during sepsis progression ,which is helpful to discover the early diagnostic and prog-nositic biomarkers ,and preliminarily reflect the pathophysiological changes of the patients with sepsis .
