365名中小学教师的心理健康状况调查分析

         

摘要

目的 了解教师这一特殊群体的心理健康状况,为促进教师心理健康、有针对性地开展心理健康教育提供依据.方法 采用问卷调查法,使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对365名教师进行心理健康状况调查分析.结果 SCL-90得分:最低90分,最高450分,总均分142分,标准差57.8分,症状自评因子分在躯体化、强迫、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑等阳性评分上显著高于全国常模(P<0.01),以总均分≥160分作为标准,本次筛查出有心理问题的教师83人,占总数的23%,因子频敷分布及比例分布,以SCL-90因子分≥2分的个数,有心理问题的81人,与SCL-90总均分≥160分非标准的83人基本相似.男女之间在因子分上无显著性差异(P>0.05).结论 教育主管部门应关注中小学教师的心理健康状况,促进教师这一特殊群体的心理健康.%Objective To understand the mental health of this special group of teachers,for the promotion of teachers psychological health,to provide basis for mental health education.Methods Using the methods of questionnaire investigation,using symptom checklist (SCL-90) on 365 teachers' mental health investigation.Results The SCL-90 score:a minimum score of 90 points,the highest score of 450 points,total score of 142 points,the standard deviation of 57.8,SCL-90 factor in somatization,interpersonal relationship,depression,obsessive,anxiety,positive score significantly higher than the national norm (P<0.01),from the total scores ≥ 160 was used as the standard,the time out had psychological problems of 83 teachers,23% of the total frequency distribution,factor and proportional distribution,to factor SCL-90 score ≥2 points of a number,there are psychological problems of 81 people,and 83 basic similarity.Between men and women in factor scores showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion The departments in charge of education in primary school,should pay attention to the mental health of teachers,promote the teachers psychological health.
