法舒地尔对急性脑梗死后遗症治疗作用的临床观察

摘要

目的 探讨法舒地尔对急性脑梗死后遗症治疗作用及机制.方法 选取住院确诊为急性脑梗死后3～6个月内接受治疗的患者,随机分为法舒地尔组(n=46)和对照组(n=48),前者给予法舒地尔(Fasudil)60 mg,2次/d,合并康复治疗;后者只单独应用康复治疗.所有患者于确诊后入院当日进行SSS及改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分,分别在治疗后2 w及1个月评估患者SSS与mRS评分.结果 法舒地尔组及对照组治疗2 w及1个月后,与治疗前相比,两组SSS评分均有显著增高(P＜0.05或P＜0.01),两组之间差异无显著意义(P＞0.05).法舒地尔组治疗1个月后,SSS评分显著改善率与对照组相比无显著差异(P＞0.05);mRS显著改善率与对照组相比具有非常显著差异(P＜0.01).结论 法舒地尔可显著促进急性脑梗死后遗症期3～6个月内的功能康复,改善患者生活质量.%Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effects of Fasudil on sequela of acute cerebral infarction and its mechanism. Methods The hospitalized patients with final diagnosis of acute cerebral infarction and receiving treatment within 3-6 months were randomly divided into Fasudil group( re =46 )and control group( n = 48 ). The Fasudil group was treated with 60 mg Fasudil twice a day combined with rehabilitative treatment. The control group only received the rehabilitative treatment. The course of treatment was 14 d in both groups. All the patients received the scoring by Scandinavian Stroke Scale( SSS )and modified Rankin scale( mRS )on the day of hospital admission after the final diagnosis. And their SSS scores and mRS scores were evaluated 2 w and 1 month after the treatment. Results Two weeks and 1 month after the treatment, the SSS scores of the two groups increased obviously compared with the scores before the treatment P <0.05 or P <0.01 ). And there were no significant differences between the two groups( P >0. 05 ). One month after the treatment, there was no significant difference of the obvious improvement rate of SSS score between Fasudil group and the control group,but there was significant difference in the obvious improvement rate of mRS between the two groups( P < 0. 01 ). Conclusion Fasudil can significantly improve the functional rehabilitation of the acute cerebral infarction sequelae within 3-6 months and improves patients'quality of life.
