损伤控制性手术治疗严重腹外伤59例体会

摘要

目的:探讨损伤控制性手术(DCS)在治疗严重腹外伤的临床价值并总结经验.方法:回顾性分析2005-01～2009-12采用DCS救治59例严重腹外伤患者的情况.结果:全组治愈47例(79.66%),死亡12例(20.34%),死亡原因均与手术无关.结论:对于严重腹外伤患者积极采用DCS,是安全有效的,具有临床实用价值.%Objective :To investigate the clinical values of damage control surgery (DCS) in the treatment of severe abdominal trauma and to summarize the experience. Methods: From Jan 2005 to Dec 2009 the data of 59 cases with severe abdominal trauma performed DCS was retrospectivly analysed. Results: In 59 cases, 47 were cured (79.66％), 12 died (20.34％), while the death causes had nothing to do with the surgery. Conclusion:For cases with severe abdominal trauma, active application of DCS has clinical practical values with the advantages of safety and satisfactory effect.
