IMB干预模式在膀胱肿瘤术后膀胱灌注化疗患者中的护理研究

摘要

目的:探讨对膀胱癌术后膀胱灌注化疗患者采取IMB护理干预的有效性.方法:随机抽取膀胱肿瘤术后需膀胱灌注患者98例,分为干预组(n=53)和对照组(n=45),对照组采用常规护理治疗,干预组在常规护理基础上采用IMB护理干预,比较两组的护理效果.结果:IMB护理干预后,干预组膀胱癌术后膀胱灌注依从性、灌注并发症发生率、复发率和生活质量均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:IMB护理干预在膀胱癌术后膀胱灌注中可以增加膀胱灌注的依从性,同时减少并发症,提高生活质量.%Objective:To explore the effectiveness of information-motivation-behavioral skills model(IMB) nursing intervention for bladder perfusion patients with bladder tumor after operation.Methods:Ninety-eight cases of bladder perfusion patients with bladder tumor were divided into intervention group (n =53) and control group (n =45),the control group was adopted normal nursing treatment,and the IMB nursing intervention was adopted by intervention group based on routine nursing,nursing effects of two groups were compared.Results:After IMB nursing intervention,the bladder perfusion dependence,perfusion complications incidence rate,recurrence rate and life quality of intervention group were better than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:IMB nursing intervention can increase the dependence of bladder perfusion after bladder tumor operation,simultaneously reduce complications and improve the quality of life.
