The drainage tube includes one or more fluid openings or perforations to allow fluid to flow within a drainage lumen defined by the drainage tube. the upper bladder wall support includes a support lid and a plurality of support members extending from a proximal surface of the support lid through the open distal end of the conduit. the support cap being able to move between a retracted position and an implanted position. in the implanted position, the distal end of the drainage tube is spaced from the support cap so that the support cap supports portions of the upper bladder wall and prevents obstruction of one or more drainage fluid openings or perforations.
