留置针静脉穿刺在儿科工作中的临床应用价值

摘要

Objective To further alleviate the suffering of children and the incidence of infusion adverse events,analysis and discussion during infusion catheter take the value and significance of venipuncture. Methods 288 cases in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 period to the pediatric treatment of children as research subjects were randomLy divided into two groups,the observation group and the control group,144 cases in which children with the observation group infusion process by venipuncture infusion catheter 144 patients in the control group during the infusion needle through the scalp infu-sion,infusion rate to compare different ways satisfaction and adverse reactions. Results After statistical analysis found that parents of children with satisfaction the observation group was significantly higher during infusion parents patient satisfaction, the difference was significant,with statistical significance (P<0. 05);observation group of children infusion during the inci-dence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 05). Conclusion For the children in the course of treatment by intravenous infusion catheter,not only to alleviate the suf-fering of children,but to raise parents′satisfaction with the treatment of children and reduce the incidence of adverse events, worth learning promotion.%目的：为了进一步减轻输液患儿痛苦和不良事件的发生率，分析和探讨输液过程中采取留置针静脉穿刺的价值和意义。方法将我院288例2014年1月~2015年1月期间来儿科接受治疗的患儿作为研究对象，随机将其分为两组，观察组和对照组，其中观察组的144例患儿输液过程中通过留置针静脉穿刺输液，对照组的144例患儿在输液过程中通过头皮钢针输液，比较不同输液方式满意度及不良反应的发生率。结果经过统计分析发现，观察组患儿家长对输液过程的满意度明显高于对照组患者家长的满意度，两组比较差异明显，具有统计学意义(P<0．05)；观察组患儿输液过程中不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组，且两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0．05)。结论对于小儿在治疗过程中通过留置针静脉输液，不仅减轻患儿痛苦，而且提高患儿家长对治疗过程的满意度，减少不良事件的发生率，值得借鉴推广。
