精神病住院患者对护理人员的满意度与期望的质性研究

摘要

目的：深入了解精神病住院患者对护理人员的满意度与期望。方法：采用质性研究的方法，对48例精神病住院患者进行问卷调查和半结构访谈，分析患者对护理人员的满意度情况及期望。结果：精神病住院患者对护理质量、护理技术的满意度较高，对人性化护理模式有进一步的期望。结论：本研究结果可促进精神科护理人员了解精神病患者住院期间的需求与期望，改进护理方式，提升护理品质。%Objective:To deeply understand psychiatric inpatientsˊˊ satisfaction and expectations on nursing staff. Methods:Through a qualitative research method, 48 psychiatric inpatients were investigated with questionnaires and semi-structured interviews. Their satisfaction and expectations on the nursing staff were analyzed. Results: The psychiatric inpatients were more satisfied with the nursing quality and nursing techniques, but still had expectations on the humanized nursing mode. Conclusions: The results of this study may promote the psychiatric nursing staff to understand the needs and expectations of the psychiatric patients during hospitaliza-tion, to improve nursing ways, and to enhance the nursing quality.
