吉林省某精神专科医院医务人员职业倦怠及影响因素调查分析

         

摘要

Objective:Through investigation of occupation burnout status among the medical staffs in a Jilin provincial psychi-atric hospital, to analyze the influencing factors of occupation burnout in order to provide improvements measures to occupation burnout of the medical staffs in the psychiatric department. Methods: This study based on questionnaires for the information collection. The questionnaire included the individual basic situation, Maslach burnout inventory-human service survey ( MBI-HSS) , wherein the used MBI-HSS was the revised Chinese version of Ren Xia. The critical value between the high score group and low score group was the one third of the high score and low score of each dimension, which was used to represent the mild, moderate and severe levels of each di-mension of occupation burnout. Results:The situation of occupation burnout of the psychiatric medical staffs was serious, and in the e-motional exhaustion and dehumanization dimensions, there were 84. 2% and 49. 3% of the staffs with a moderate and severe burnout level. Age, marriage, job title and engaged specialty were the influencing factors (P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Conclusions:The psychiat-ric staffs generally lack of interest and enthusiasm for the work, have a weak response to the surrounding environment, lack of sense of accomplishment, and have a higher level of job burnout.%目的::通过对吉林省某精神专科医院医务人员的职业倦怠情况的调查,分析职业倦怠的影响因素,为预防和改善精神科医务人员职业倦怠提供依据。方法:采用问卷调查法收集资料,所采用问卷由个人基本情况、马斯勒职业倦怠问卷-服务行业版( MBI-HSS)等组成,其中MBI-HSS采用的是任霞修订中文版,以各维度总分的高低三分之一分数点作为高分组和低分组的临界值,来代表职业倦怠各维度的轻、中、重三个程度。结果:精神科医务人员整体的倦怠水平比较高,情感衰竭和去人性化两个维度上分别有84.2%和49.3%的人处于中重度的倦怠水平。其中,年龄、婚姻、职称、所从事专业是精神科医务人员职业倦怠的影响因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:精神科医务人员普遍对工作缺乏兴趣和热情,对周围环境比较冷漠,成就感不足,职业倦怠水平较高。
