中药灌肠治疗早中期慢性肾衰竭的疗效分析

Objective:To explore the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine enema and its influence on renal function of patients with chronic renal failure.Method:65 cases of patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into the treatment group(33 cases)and the control group (32 cases),patients of the two groups were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment,the treatment group was given Chinese medicine enema treatment on basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,the clinical efficacy and related renal function indicators were observed after four weeks. Result:After four weeks of treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 75.7%and 46.9%,and the difference of the two group was statistically significant(P<0.05);The level of SCr,BUN and BUA of the treatment group decreased significantly compared to pre-treatment,and those indicators of the treatment group were significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of conventional symptomatic treatment,Chinese medicine wenyangjiangzhuo soup enema can significantly reduce SCr,BUN and BUA levels in the early and mid patients with chronic renal failure,which is also effective in the improvement of patient’s renal function and clinical symptoms.%　　目的：分析探讨中药灌肠对慢性肾衰竭的疗效及对患者肾功能的影响。方法：将早中期慢性肾衰竭患者65例随机分为治疗组33例和对照组32例，两组均给予常规对症治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用中药灌肠治疗，4周后观察并对比两组的临床疗效和患者相关肾功能指标的变化。结果：治疗4周后，治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为75.7%和46.9%，两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；治疗组SCr、BUN及BUA水平均较治疗前明显降低（P<0.05），且治疗后治疗组以上指标水平明显低于对照组，比较差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：在常规对症治疗基础上，加用中药温阳降浊汤灌肠能够显著降低早中期慢性肾衰患者SCr、BUN及UA水平，明显改善患者的肾功能和临床症状。
