目的 探讨倍生冲剂联合中药灌肠治疗早中期慢性肾衰竭的临床疗效.方法 选择早中期慢性肾衰竭患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,均予常规西医治疗,治疗组加用倍生冲剂联合中药灌肠,治疗12周；比较2组临床疗效,临床症状、体征和内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)、血肌酐(Scr)及血尿素氮(BUN)等指标改善情况.结果 治疗组和对照组治疗12周后总有效率分别为78.6％、53.3％,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)；2组临床症状、体征及Ccr、Scr、BUN水平均有不同程度的改善,治疗组治疗12周后临床症状积分及Ccr、Scr、BUN水平较对照组改善更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 倍生冲剂联合中药灌肠治疗能明显改善早中期慢性肾衰竭患者的临床症状,同时改善肾功能水平,倍生冲剂联合中药灌肠治疗早中期慢性肾衰竭具有较好疗效.%OBJECTIVE To explore the clinical curative effect of combination of Beisheng Granulus and herbal enema in the treatment of chronic renal failure in early and middle stage. METHODS 60 patients with chronic renal failure in early or middle stage were selected and divided into the treatment group and control group randomly, conventional treatment of western medicine was applied in both groups, while the combination of Beisheng Granulus and herbal enema was added in treatment group; treatment duration lasted for 12 weeks. Clinical curative effect, clinical symptoms, signs, endogenous creatinine clearance (Ccr), creatinine (Scr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) index were compared between two groups. RESULTS The total effective rate in treatment group and control group after 12 weeks treatment was 78.6% and 53.3% respectively, difference in two groups was statistically significant (P<0.01). Clinical symptoms, signs, Ccr, Scr and BUN level in 2 groups significantly improved, and the improvement in treatment group was more obviously than control group with statistical difference (P< 0.05). CONCLUSION Combination of Beisheng Granulus and herbal enema obviously improve the clinical symptoms of chronic renal failure in early and middle stage by improving renal level, which has good curative effect on the treatment of chronic renal failure in early and middle stage.
