左氧氟沙星在治疗结核性胸膜炎中的疗效观察

摘要

Objective:To research the efficacy of levofloxacin joint anti-TB chemotherapy for tuberculous pleurisy.Method:A retrospective survey forward-looking approach compare levofloxacin joint anti-TB chemotherapy drugs and with anti-TB chemotherapy drugs two sets of program signs of improvement in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy symptoms of Tuberculosis,pleural effusion,the degree of reduction and other indicators. Result:The levofloxacin Joint anti-TB chemotherapy drug group in symptoms,signs,test results was significantly better than a single anti-TB chemotherapy drug group. Conclusion:Levofloxacin is effective in the treatment of tuberculous pleural effusion.%　　目的：观察左氧氟沙星联合抗结核化疗药物治疗结核性胸膜炎的疗效。方法：采用回顾性调查与前瞻性结合的方法，比较左氧氟沙星联合抗结核化疗药和单用抗结核化疗药两组方案在治疗结核性胸膜炎的结核中毒症状体征的改善程度、胸腔积液减少程度等指标。结果：左氧氟沙星联合抗结核化疗药组在症状、体征、检查结果上明显好于单用抗结核化疗药组。结论：左氧氟沙星在治疗结核性胸腔积液中的疗效明显。
