剖宫产时子宫肌瘤剔除术的影响研究

摘要

Objective:To study influence of myomectomy on the safety and effectiveness during cesarean section.Method:135 pregnant women with uterine fibroids from November 2009 to September 2012 in our hospital were as observation group,82 pregnant women with cesarean section alone were as control group,surgery information in two groups were studied.Result:The operative time in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,there was significant(P<0.05).About blood loss,the amount of vaginal bleeding 48 h after surgery,hemoglobin decrease,postoperative bowel recovery time,the surgical incision healing time,postoperative complications,lochia clean time,there were not significant(P>0.05). Conclusion:Myomectomy during cesarean section is safe when we do preoperative preparation well.%　　目的：对剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的安全性和有效性的影响进行研究。方法：选择2009年11月-2012年9月来本院的妊娠合并子宫肌瘤孕妇135例为观察组，单纯行剖宫产术的孕妇82例为对照组，对两组的手术情况进行研究。结果：观察组手术时间长于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），两组术中出血量、术后48 h 阴道出血量、血红蛋白下降值、术后肠蠕动恢复时间、手术切口愈合时间、手术后并发症、恶露干净时间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：做好术前准备，剖宫产时行子宫肌瘤术是安全的。
