右美托咪定联合瑞芬太尼在脊柱手术控制性降压中的应用

摘要

Objective:To research and analysis of controlled hypotension of spinal operation in the application of clinical effect.Method:The study of 60 patients with ASA I-II undergoing elective operation were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group used remifentanil anesthesia;the observation group with dexmedetomidine combined with remifentanil anesthesia. The heart rate and arterial pressure changes of two groups were observated and compared.Result:After the implementation of operation,among the two groups’ patients of heart rate and mean arterial pressure were decreased,but the observation group decreased more significantly,compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Application of dexmedetomidine combined with remifentanil in spinal operation in controlled hypotension,which can effectively control the heart rate and blood pressure of patients,and can promote the operation smoothly,safeguard the patient’s health and life safety.%目的：研究与分析脊柱手术控制性降压中应用效果。方法：将本次所研究60例ASA I~II择期手术者按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各30例。对照组采用瑞芬太尼麻醉；观察组采用右美托咪定联合瑞芬太尼麻醉。观察与比较两组患者在各个时间点心率及动脉压变化情况。结果：实施手术后，两组患者各个时间点心率及平均动脉压均出现明显下降，但与对照组比较观察组下降更为显著（P<0.05）。结论：应用右美托咪定联合瑞芬太尼于脊柱手术控制性降压中，其可有效控制患者术中心率及血压情况，进而可促进手术顺利进行，保障患者生命健康安全。
