优质护理在急诊科危重患者住院护送中的应用效果

         

摘要

To investigate the clinical efficacy of quality care in hospital escort critically ill patients in the emergency department.Method:210 cases of critically ill patients in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 were chosen and divided into control group and observation group according by random digit table,105 case in each group. The control group were treated by routine escort ,the observation group were treated by quality care on the basis of control group . The incidence of nursing disputes,departments satisfaction and patient satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Result:The incidence of nursing disputes events of the observation group(0.95%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(6.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);departments satisfaction(99.05%)and patient satisfaction(99.05%)of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). The mean time to escort of the observation group was(22.5±5.1)min,which was significantly shorter than(32.1±6.2) min of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Quality care in hospital escort for critically ill patients in the emergency department has positive significance,which can significantly reduce the incidence of disputes between nurses and patients,and improve the inter-department patient satisfaction.%目的:总结分析优质护理在急诊科危重症患者住院护送中的应用效果。方法:选择2012年1月-2013年6月期间本院急诊科收治的210例危重症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各105例,对照组患者给予常规护送,观察组患者给予优质护理服务,观察比较两组护患纠纷事件发生率、科室间满意度、患者满意度情况。结果:观察组护患纠纷事件发生率为0.95%,明显低于对照组的6.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组科室间满意度为99.05%、患者满意度99.05%,均明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者平均护送时间为(22.5±5.1)min,明显短于对照组的(32.1±6.2)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理在急诊科危重症患者住院护送中具有积极意义,能显著降低护患纠纷事件的发生率,提高科室间满意度以及患者满意度,临床值得推广使用。
