经阴道三维超声在输卵管积水诊断中的效果分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the vagina three - dimensional ultrasonography technique in diagnosis of fallopian tube seeper.Method:176 cases of hydrosalpinx who were received in our hospital from March 2008 to December 2012 were selected,the traditional abdominal ultrasound(the control group,57 cases),two-dimensional ultrasonography (the experimental group 72 cases),three-dimensional ultrasonography(the observation group 47 cases)were taken, and reconstructed the scanner using the Doppler,and applied volume scanning. Result:It was affirmed by operation or angiography that 100 patients presented with bilateral hydrosalpinx,76 patients had unilateral hydronephrosis. The detection rate of the observation group was 95.74%(45/47),and higher than that 83.33%(60/72)and 66.67%(38/57)in the experimental group and the control group,the differences had statistical significance(χ²=13.516,4.220,P<0.05);the experimental group’s detection rate was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ²=4.847, P<0.05).Conclusion:To compared with two-dimensional ultrasound,transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound can more truly reflect the hydrosalpinx space structure of patients,also can display internal echo and surrounding organs of patients, have greater help for hydrosalpinx qualitative,which not only can effectively reduce the difficulty and difference,and effectively reduce the difficulty of clinical diagnosis.%目的：对三维经阴道超声检查技术在输卵管积水诊断中的应用进行探讨。方法：选取2008年3月-2012年12月本院接收的176例输卵管积水患者，采取传统的经腹超声检查（对照组57例）、二维经阴道检查（试验组72例）和三维经阴道超声检查（观察组47例），利用多普勒重新构建扫描程序，并实施容积扫查。结果：通过手术或造影证实了176例患者中，100例出现双侧输卵管积水，有76例出现单侧积水。观察组检出率为95.74%（45/47），高于试验组和对照组的83.33%（60/72）和66.67%（38/57），差异均有统计学意义（χ²=13.516、4.220， P<0.05）；试验组的检出率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（χ²=4.847，P<0.05）。结论：与二维超声比较，应用阴道三维超声能够更加真实反映出患者的输卵管积水空间结构，同时也能将患者内部回声以及周围脏器关系显示出来，对输卵管积水定性有着较大帮助，这不仅能有效降低扫差难度，同时有效降低临床诊断难度。
