生化检查与免疫检查在肾脏疾病临床诊治中的应用价值

摘要

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of biochemical examination and immunological examination in the diagnosis and treatment of renal diseases and to evaluate its application value.Method:300 renal disease patients in our hospital from December 2011 to December 2014 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into the research group and the observation group,150 cases in each group.The research group was examined by biochemical and immunological examination,the control group was given immunological examination. The diagnostic accuracy rate and patients' satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The diagnostic accuracy rate of the research group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The patients' satisfaction rates of the two groups were all high.The difference in the total satisfaction of the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The method of biochemical examination combined with immunological examination has high accuracy in the diagnosis of kidney disease.This method has small errors and can provide effective help for the early diagnosis and early treatment of kidney disease.It is worthy of clinical application.%目的:观察分析生化检查与免疫检查在肾脏疾病临床诊治中的临床效果并评价其应用价值.方法:选择2011年12月-2014年12月本院收治的肾脏疾病患者300例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组,每组150例.研究组患者采用生化和免疫学检查,对照组采用免疫学检查方法.比较两组的诊断准确率及患者满意度.结果:研究组诊治准确度高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者对医护人员的服务满意度均较高,两组总满意度比较无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:生化检查联合免疫检查对肾脏疾病的检测准确度较高,误差小,能够为肾脏疾病的早期诊断和早期治疗提供有力帮助,值得临床推广使用.
