转化生长因子β1与支气管哮喘的研究进展

摘要

支气管哮喘是一种慢性气道炎症,其主要病理改变包括气道炎症、平滑肌功能紊乱和气道重构.转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)作为一种多效细胞因子,通过多种途径参与哮喘气道炎症反应和气道重构.本文就TGF-β1在哮喘气道炎症及气道重构中的作用及可能机制作一综述.%Asthma is a chronic airway inflammation,the main pathological changes includes airway inflammation,smooth muscle dysfunction and airway remodeling.As a pleiotropic cytokine,TGF-β1 involves in airway inflammation response and airway reconstruction through various pathways.This paper reviews the effect and potential mechanism of TGF-β1 in airway inflammation and remodeling.
