梅毒患者驱梅治疗后血清固定的相关影响因素分析

         

摘要

目的:探析梅毒患者驱梅治疗后血清固定的相关影响因素。方法:选择本院2013年1月-2014年12月期间收治的77例梅毒患者作为观察组,同期接受健康检查的77例正常人作为对照组。明确患者血清固定发生率并通过对比明确血清固定相关影响因素。结果:一期梅毒患者中,≥12个月的血清固定形成率明显高于≤6个月与6~12个月,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);二期中6~12个月血清固定形成率最高,与≤6个月及≥12个月比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),提示一期、二期梅毒患者分别以≥12个月、6~12个月为最易发生血清固定形成的时间段。而滴度则均以1∶2最高。两组CD3+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+水平的比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组CD4+水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),CD3-CD16+CD56+水平则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:T细胞、NK细胞水平等可能为梅毒患者血清固定的重要影响因素,因此患者需尽早筛查并治疗,以提高该病诊治水平。%Objective:To explore the related factors of sero-resistence after antisyphilitic treatment for patients with syphilis.Method:77 patients with syphilis in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected as the observation group and 77 normal persons who received physical examination at the same time were selected as the control group.The incidence of sero-resistence was determined and the related influencing factors of sero-resistence were made clear through comparison. Result:Among patients with syphilis in phase I,the formation rate of sero-resistence of more than or equal to 12 months was obviously higher than that of less than or equal to 6 months and 6 to 12 months and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The formation rate of sero-resistence of 6 to 12 months was the highest in patients of phase II.Compared with that of less than or equal to six months and more than or equal to 12 months,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Patients with syphilis in phase I and phase II respectively took more than or equal to 12 months and 6 to 12 months as the period of time when it was prone to form sero-resistence while the highest titer was 1∶2.The differences in levels of CD3+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+ of the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).CD4+ level of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05) while the levels of CD3-,CD16+and CD56+ were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of T and NK cells may be important factors for sero-resistence in patients with syphilis,so the patients should be screened and treated as soon as possible in order to improve the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
