临床医生眼中的高校医学应用型人才培养模式

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the superiority of modern university medical applied talents training mode. Medical students need to do professional,active,positive,careful,the education of medical ethics,and should be able to meet the needs of modern society.Method:Optional class 2010 grade English class teaching was selected as the research object,20 class for the control group(the traditional teaching mode),21 class as the experimental group(the applied talents training mode).20 classes studied as the traditional method of teachers taught,students’ learned methods.21 class used the teaching method of cultivating applied talents.At the end of the whole course,carries on the theory of the exam,according to a scale to carry on the classification,the results of the experimental group and the control group, were compared and analyzed.Result:Through questionnaire,reflects the medical students’ approval of new methods, new model of teaching and requirements,students could set off from reality to view of modern medicine and society.After a full semester teaching,two groups of final theory test scores were compared,proficiency group than the control group significantly increased,and the sum of outstanding and good experimental group than the control group.Internship phase the results of the experimental group than the control group with obvious prominent,especially on the complete case analysis problem was significantly improved.There was the outstanding analysis,handle problems and practical ability. Conclusion:Medicine itself is a real medicine itself is a practical science,medical education need to fully mobilize students’ subjective initiative,to cultivate the students’ self-confidence and creativity cultivation of noble medical ethics. Applied talents training mode can enhance the students’ subjective actively search ability,flexible comprehensive logical ability,improve the ability of independent analysis,handle problems.%目的:探讨现代高校医学应用型人才培养模式的优越性。医学生培养需要做到专业,能动,积极,谨慎,医德医风教育,并且应该能够符合现代社会的需要。方法:选教学任务班级2010级英文班作为研究对象,20班为对照组(采用传统的教学模式),21班为试验组(采用应用型人才培养模式)。对照组采用传统的老师教,学生学的方法。试验组采用应用型人才培养模式的教学方法。在全部课程结束后,进行理论考试,按照分数段进行分等,将两组的成绩进行比较分析。结果:通过问卷,反映了医学生对教学新方法、新模式的认同和需求,学生能从现实出发来看待现代医学和社会。经过一个完整学期的教学,对比两组期末理论考试成绩,试验组优秀率较对照组明显增多,且试验组优秀和良好的总和也较对照组多。实习阶段的结果试验组较对照组成绩明显突出,尤其在完成病例分析题上有显著的提高。显示了突出的分析、处理问题和实践能力。结论:医学本身是一门实践性强的科学,医学教育需要充分调动学生的主观能动性,培养学生的自信心和创造力高尚医德修养。应用型人才培养模式能增强学生的主观积极求索能力,灵活全面的逻辑能力,提高独立分析、处理问题的能力。
