七氟醚或丙泊酚与瑞芬太尼合用在妇科腹腔镜麻醉中的应用

摘要

目的：探讨分析瑞芬太尼结合七氟醚与瑞芬太尼结合丙泊酚应用在腹腔镜手术中的临床麻醉效果。方法：选择2013年11月-2014年10月在本院妇科行腹腔镜手术的80例患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法把其分成对照组和观察组，其中对照组患者采用瑞芬太尼结合丙泊酚实施麻醉，而观察组患者采用瑞芬太尼结合七氟醚实施麻醉。结果：两组患者的定向力恢复时间、睁眼时间、自主呼吸时间与拔管时间比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论：在实施腹腔镜手术的过程中，由于两种麻醉手段各有利弊，因此则可以根据实际情况选择适宜的麻醉方法。%Objective:To investigate the clinical anesthetic effect of remifentanil combined with sevoflurane and remifentanil combined with propofol in laparoscopic operation.Method:80 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients were selected from November 2013 to Octomber 2014 in our hospital as the research object,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated by remifentanil combined with propofol anesthesia,the observation group patients were treated by remifentanil combination with sevoflurane.Result:After clinical treatment,directional force of recovery time,eye opening time, spontaneous breathing time and extubation time of two groups’ patients were analyzed,the differences had no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the process of the implementation of laparoscopic surgery,two kinds of anesthesia methods have their advantages and disadvantages,so you can choose a proper method of anesthesia according to the actual situation.
