依托咪酯复合地佐辛与依托咪酯复合芬太尼对无痛人工流产麻醉效果比较

摘要

目的：探讨和研究依托咪酯复合地佐辛方案与依托咪酯复合芬太尼方案在无痛人工流产术麻醉中的应用效果对比。方法：选取2014年4月-2015年1月到本院行无痛人工流产术的100例患者，根据入院单双号进行分组，对照组50例患者采用依托咪酯复合芬太尼方案麻醉，观察组50例患者采用依托咪酯复合地佐辛方案麻醉，对两组患者的生命体征变化、术中镇静躁动评分、麻醉持续时间、苏醒时间、不良反应以及术后疼痛评分进行统计学比较。结果：观察组患者的生命体征相对平稳，SAS评分及麻醉苏醒时间两组比较差异无统计学意义，但观察组患者的不良反应及术后疼痛发生率均显著低于对照组，比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：依托咪酯复合地佐辛用于无痛人工流产术能够提供良好的镇静、镇痛效果，对呼吸及循环系统干扰小，是一种安全、有效的麻醉方案。%Objective: To explore and study of etomidate combined with fentanyl and etomidate dezocine scheme scheme comparison of application effect in anesthesia in painless artificial abortion.Method: From April 2014 to January 2015, 100 cases with painless induced abortion were selected, according to the odd and even number of admission, 50 patients in control group used etomidate combined with fentanyl anesthesia project, 50 patients in observation group used etomidate combined with dezocine scheme of anesthesia, the change of vital signs during operation sedation agitation scale, duration of anesthesia, recovery time, adverse reactions, postoperative pain score for statistical comparison between the two groups were compared.Result: The observation group patients were relatively stable, SAS score and the anesthesia recovery time compared between the two groups showed no significant difference, but the incidence rate of adverse reaction and surgery pain of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Etomidate composite decocine painless induced abortion can provide sedation, good analgesic effect on respiratory and circulatory system, interference small, which is a safe and effective anesthesia scheme.
