Objective:To investigate the color doppler flow imaging(CDFI) combined with contrast-enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in different types of cesarean section scar pregnancy(CSP) diagnostic value in early diagnosis.Method:60 patients who were diagnosed with CSP and accepted the surgical treatment in Houjie Hospital Affiliated to Guangdong Medical University from January 2014 to June 2016 were retrospectively analyzed by pathological results,all patients were given CDFI and CEUS examination before operation.Result:The maximum diameter of the lesion,CDFI classification,lesion type,ultrasound contrast agent arrival time between the groups were compared,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Logistic regression analysis showed that the area under the ROC curve of the most late arrival time,the CDFI blood flow pattern and the maximum diameter of the lesion were 0.786,0.833 and 0.852,there were no significant difference between the three ROC curves (P>0.05).Conclusion:CDFI combined with CEUS can increase the accuracy of the diagnosis of CSP,and for clinicians to diagnose different types of CSP play a guiding role.%目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声(CDFI)联合超声造影(CEUS)在不同类型剖宫产瘢痕部位妊娠(CSP)的早期诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析2014年1月-2016年6月广东医科大学附属厚街医院经病理结果确诊为CSP并接受手术治疗的患者60例,术前均给予CDFI和CEUS检查。结果:病灶最大径、CDFI分型、病灶类型、超声造影剂到达时间组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。Logistic回归分析示造影最迟到达时间、CDFI血流分型和病灶最大径的ROC曲线下面积分别为0.786、0.833和0.852,三者的ROC曲线比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:CDFI联合CEUS可以增加诊断CSP的准确性,并且为临床医师诊断不同类型CSP起指导作用。
