目的:探讨神经传导速度及F波、H反射在格林-巴利综合征(GBS)的诊断中的意义。方法对38例GBS患者及39例正常对照组进行神经电生理检测并对结果进行分析。结果共检测302根神经。格林巴利组运动神经远端潜伏期高于对照组,运动、感觉神经传导速度(MCV、SCV)及波幅低于对照组。结论神经电生理检查对GBS具有重要的诊断价值。%Objective To investigate the significance of NCV, F-wave and H-reflex in the diagnosis of Guil ain-Barésyndrome(GBS). Methods Electrophysiological examination was performed on 38 GBS patients and 39 normal control group,the results were analyzed. Results 302 nerves were detected.The motor nerve distal latency of GBS group was longer than control group, the MCV,SCV and evoked potential amplitude was lower than the control group. Conclusion Electrophysiological examination has important significance in the diagnosis of GBS.
