美肤康用于乳腺癌术后患者放射性皮炎的预防效果观察

摘要

目的观察美肤康预防乳腺癌患者术后放疗引起的急性放射性皮炎的效果。方法将92例乳腺癌术后进行放疗的患者随机分为实验组和对照组各46例。实验组从放疗第一天开始使用美肤康，2~3次/d，直至放疗结束，对照组进行常规皮肤护理。观察两组患者皮肤的损伤程度。结果两组患者放射性皮炎的发生比较差异有统计学意义。结论美肤康在预防乳腺癌患者术后放疗急性放射性皮肤损伤方面效果明显。%Objective To observe the skin, prevent breast cancer patients with postoperative radiation caused by the ef ect of acute radioactive dermatitis. Methods 92 cases of postoperative radiation therapy of breast cancer patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group (n=46). Experimental group use beautiful skin, from the first day radiotherapy, 2 to 3 times a day, until the end of radiotherapy in the control group routine skin care. Observe the damage degree of two groups of patient's skin. Results The occur ence of radioactive dermatitis patients comparing similar between the two groups have statistical significance. Conclusion Meifukang in breast cancer patients postoperative radiation therapy of acute radioactive skin damage prevention ef ect is obvious.
