手足口病重症患儿在基层医院院前转运的护理

摘要

探讨符合基层医院手足口病重症患儿在院前转运过程中护士的最佳配合方法及转运的护理措施，从而减少或消除护理并发症的发生。结合基层医院的实际情况，对5例手足口病重症患儿院前转运前的人员、设施设备，转运途中护士的病情观察，护理，急救时的配合，消毒隔离措施进行总结。5例患儿均安全转运到指定的医院，圆满完成转运任务，无护理并发症及纠纷、院感的发生。%To investigate the nursing measures of best fit method and transport with hand foot and mouth disease in children with severe primary hospital nurses in the hospital before transfer process, thereby reducing or eliminating nursing complications.
