消毒供应中心产生湿包的原因及预防

         

摘要

目的为有效控制和预防湿包的产生。方法通过对我中心3年来产生的58个湿包的原因分析。结果灭菌物品装载不规范28个,占48.2%;其次是待灭菌物品包装不当造成包内冷凝水的有19个,占32.7%;再次是违反操作规程及灭菌后干燥与冷却时间不当造成湿包的有11个,占19.1%。结论严格按规范操作,能有效控制湿包现象的发生。%Objective To produce ef ective prevention and control of wet bag. Methods The 58 reason of wet pack on my center 3 years analysis. Results The sterilized goods loading is not standard of 28, accounting for 48.2%;fol owed by the package of condensed water in the improper articles to be sterilized packaging has 19, accounted for 32.7%;again is not in violation of regulations for the operation and after sterilization, drying and cooling time caused by wet bag has 11, accounted for 19.1%. Conclusion Strictly according to the standard operation, can ef ectively control the incidence of wet pack phenomenon.
