INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISINFECTION AND SUPPLY CENTER OF HOSPITAL

An information management system and method for a disinfection and supply center of a hospital. The method comprises the steps of: receiving disinfection package claiming information input by a user, generating a recycling application form, and forming a recycling inventory list according to the recycling application form (S1); receiving cleaning information and disinfection package information input, from a monitoring terminal, by the user, generating, according to the cleaning information and the disinfection package information, a cleaning batch number for the user to clean a disinfection package, and generating a disinfection package label according to the disinfection package information (S2); binding sterilization vehicle information with information about a disinfection package to be sterilized, inputting a disinfection package label of the disinfection package to be sterilized, and automatically generating a sterilization pot serial number according to an input sterilization pot number, the sterilization vehicle information and sterilization personnel information; and issuing a disinfection package, on which cleaning and sterilization has been completed, to a doctor workstation, so that the user issues the disinfection package, on which cleaning and sterilization has been completed, to the corresponding department (S5). The system and method carry out informatization management on a processing process of a disinfection package, thereby optimizing a service process, standardizing data recording, ensuring work of each link of a disinfection and supply center to be traceable, so that the disinfection and supply center implements monitoring on all disinfection packages.
