坎地沙坦治疗充血性心力衰竭近期疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察坎地沙坦对充血性心力衰竭（CHF）的近期疗效。方法将67例CHF患者随机分为两组，常规组治疗33例，坎地沙坦组（8mg,1次/d）34例，分别于治疗前和治疗后6个月进行超声心动图监测。结果坎地沙坦组34例服用坎地沙坦治疗的心衰患者中，显效22例，有效8例，总有效率为88.2％。常规治疗组中显效14例，有效8例，总有效率为66.7％。两组疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。坎地沙坦组治疗后，左室射血分数（LVEF）、左室舒张末期容积（LVEDV）、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)、每博量（SV）、心排血量（CO）均较常规治疗组有显著好转（P<0.05～0.01）。结论坎地沙坦能有效治疗心力衰竭。%Objective To observe the short-term ef icacy of Candesartan on patients with congestive heart failure (CHF). Methods Sixty-Seven patients with CHF were randomly divided into two groups, The control group (n=33) was given routine therapy, and the treatment group (n=34) was given Candesartan (8mg, once a day) in addition to routine therapy. Echocardiography was performed before the treatment and 6 months later.Results Twenty-Two cases were with apparent ef ective and 8 cases responded slightly In the treatment group,and the total ef ective rate was 88.2% .In the control group,there were 14 cases with apparent ef ective and 8 cases responded slighty ,the total ef ective rate was 66.7%.The dif erence was obviously (P<0.05) . LVEF ,LVEDV,LVESV, SV, CO were al improved at various degress in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05~0.01). Conclusion Candesartan can ef ectively control heart failure .
