坎地沙坦治疗老年充血性心力衰竭疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨坎地沙坦治疗老年充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法：选取近两年在我院心内科接受治疗的80例老年充血性心力衰竭患者，随机分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予利尿剂、强心剂、血管扩张剂、洋地黄、β-阻滞剂等常规治疗。观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用坎地沙坦片进行治疗。比较两组患者的治疗有效率及治疗后心率、血压及心脏超声指标的差异。结果：治疗后，观察组的总有效率为92.5%，明显高于对照组的总有效率72.5%（P＜0.05）。两组患者的心率、血压及心脏超声监测结果显示均比治疗前有明显改善（P＜0.05），同时观察组的改善程度均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05），且治疗过程中无不良反应现象发生。结论：坎地沙坦治疗老年充血性心力衰竭可显著改善患者的心功能，疗效显著，安全可靠。%Objective: To investigate the candesartan treatment of elderly congestive heart failure clinical efifcacy.Methods:The past two years in our hospital for treatment of Cardiology,80 cases of elderly patients with congestive heart failure were randomly divided into control group and observation group of 40 cases.Control group was given diuretics,inotropic,vasodilators,digitalis,β-blockers and other conventional treatment.Observed in the conventional treatment group,based on the use of candesartan tablets for treatment.Two groups were compared after treatment,treatment efficiency and the heart rate,blood pressure and cardiac ultrasound index differences.Results:After treatment,the observation group,the total effective rate was 92.5%,signiifcantly higher than the total efifciency of 72.5%(P<0.05). Two groups of patients heart rate,blood pressure and cardiac ultrasound monitoring results indicate a signiifcant improvement than before treatment(P<0.05),while the degree of improvement in observation group were signiifcantly better than the control group(P<0.05),and the course of treatment without adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion:Candesartan treatment of elderly congestive heart failure can signiifcantly improve cardiac function,a signiifcant effect,safe and reliable,with a clinical value.
