完全腹腔镜与开腹解剖性肝切除治疗左叶肝细胞癌的手术护理配合研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the nursing cooperation of totally laparoscopic resection in the treatment of the feasibility and operation of left lobe of liver cancer anatomical liver. Methods From 2006 June to 2009 December in our hospital, 21 cases diagnosed as left lobe of the liver cellcancer and underwent total y laparoscopic anatomical liver resection (LAH) clinical data of patients in peri operation period. Results The operation time of LAH group was (156.67 ± 32.15) min, intraoperative blood loss was (157.14 ±40.51) ml, both less than control group (P=0.036, P=0.000). Conclusion The use of laparoscopy and operation operation nurses familiar with special instruments, master the operation procedures and intraoperative nursing skil s is the key to successful operation.%目的：探讨完全腹腔镜解剖性肝切除治疗左叶肝细胞癌的可行性及其手术的护理配合。方法自2006年6月~2009年12月,总结我院21例确诊为左叶肝细胞癌且已行完全腹腔镜解剖性肝切除(LAH)患者的围手术期的临床资料。结果LAH研究组的手术时间为(156.67±32.15)min,术中失血量为(157.14±40.51)ml,两者均少于配对组(=0.036,=0.000)。结论手术护士熟悉腹腔镜及手术特殊仪器的使用,熟练掌握手术配合步骤及术中护理技巧是手术成功的关键。
