超声下对多种形式的异位妊娠的鉴别诊断价值分析

摘要

目的：研究超声下对多种形式异位妊娠的鉴别诊断,并对其进行分析。选取我院住院部46例异位妊娠的患者为研究对象,对其进行超声检查,以病理检查为准对其超声图像进行回顾性分析,并进行比较。结果以手术病理证实为基准,异位妊娠可分为四种类型：破裂型、未破裂型、陈旧型以及流产型；超声对异位妊娠诊断的准确率为84.8%,误诊率为15.2%；与手术病理检查比较字2=7.4941,差异具有统计学意义；两种方式在对异位妊娠各类型的鉴别检查的比较上,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论超声对异位妊娠的诊断具有高度临床价值,熟练掌握异位妊娠的典型超声征象、诊断的要点和依据,有利于提高确诊率,值得在临床进行推广使用。%Objective To study the ultrasound under the dif erential diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy for a variety of forms, and carries on the analysis. Conclusion Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy with high clinical value, familiar with the typical ectopic pregnancy ultrasound manifestations, diagnosis, and the main points of the basis, to improve the diagnosis rate, is worth popularizing in clinical use.
